2 Single door options

4 Ceiling panels
Standard Isopods feature GT Shell Lite 50mm PIR insulated powder-coated modular composite panels. Panelled ceiling with thermal insulation core provides a flush surface. Lighting and filtration modules are recessed into apertures or surface mounted for laboratory applications. GT Shell panels have one of the best strength-to-weight ratios of any construction material available today and have been developed to meet the exacting requirements of the cleanroom industry.
5 Walls
The standard choice would be powder-coated CR4 mild steel panels with polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated core and interlocking joints. The panels feature a 50mm thickness to form walls and ceiling. Highly durable, cleanable and chemically resistant, the walls are silicon sealed. However, there are several options for clients to explore, with a diverse range of benefits for particular applications.
6 Cladding
Whether it’s a more economical non-anti-microbial options all the way up to a sophisticated 120-micron thick, high-spec chemically inert PVC film, the Saakvee Group’s Directors, Design Engineers and Installation team have worked together to carefully select four industry-leading ceiling options for your consideration.
7 Flooring
Standard Isopod units do not include flooring – but there is the option to upgrade to our GT Deck Lite vinyl ‘jigsaw’ tile system or a homogenous vinyl floor reinforced with cross-linked polyurethane, UV-cured, hold-welded joints.
8 Windows
Standard Isopods come with two windows. Bepsoke fully-flush and semi-flush glazing options are available.
