ISOPOD FLEXI Softwall Rapid Cleanrooms are the ideal rapid, modular cleanroom pod solution for any users that don’t have the time, space or budget to build something more substantial and, most importantly, require the flexibility to move the cleanroom around efficiently and quickly, for whatever reason.

Softwall Isopods utilise a 304 stainless steel framework as standard with specially engineered components, intelligently accommodating standard or anti-static PVC strip curtain attached to the framework on stainless hangers. What’s more, with our stainless steel framework solution, you can now install a high-performance modular cleanroom in your facility without the need to modify your host building – no holes drilled in the floor and no need for ceiling suspension. These units can be moved around easily on castors, allowing the user the flexibility to place the Isopod over a piece of equipment to rapidly create a production environment in any kind of existing host room. For clients that wish to incorporate a more lightweight aluminium frame into their process, this can be provided as a bespoke alternative.

Isopod Flexi comes in five standard base model sizes – 3x2m, 3x3m, 3x4m, 4x4m, 3x5m. Whether it’s just one process room pod you need, a process room and Personal Airlock (PAL) or a multi-pod configuration, simply add as many Isopod units together as you want to create the perfect quick-assembly ‘cleanroom pod network’. The ceiling is comprised of the same robust GT Shell Lite panels, which are specially configured to seamlessly incorporate all GT Flow Plus Fan Filter Units (FFUs) and GT Lux Plus LED lighting panels.
