1 Rapid rise door
Typically a PVC door with stainless steel or anodised aluminium frame and drum cover. Featuring contactless motion sensor activation and rapid open-and-close speeds – interlocked with break glass and status indicators. Designed to ensure limitation of leak flow, the seal technology provides environmental control and can protect your process rooms from dust, drafts and dirt. The low friction technology, combined with a frequency inverte01r driven motor, assures for the smooth and silent operation.
2 Standard single door
GRP or powder-coated steel personnel doors with stainless steel push plates, kick plates and handles, and 400mm x 400mm vision panels. All Saakvee doors can be electromagnetically interlocked. Also available as a fully flush system with recessed base for flooring to cove into. Powder-coated CR4 mild steel door leaf with 45mm Dufaylite insulated core, flush-mounted vision panel and stainless-steel fixtures & fittings. Aluminium wrap around frame. Interlocked.
3 Standard double door
GRP or powder-coated steel personnel doors with stainless steel push plates, kick plates and handles, and 400mm x 400mm vision panels. All Saakvee doors can be electromagnetically interlocked. Also available as a fully flush system with recessed base for flooring to cove into. Powder-coated CR4 mild steel door leaf with 45mm Dufaylite insulated core, flush-mounted vision panel and stainless-steel fixtures & fittings. Aluminium wrap around frame. Interlocked.
4 Ceiling grid and tiles
Typically, we use a lightweight and strong aluminium grid system featuring click-fix cross connectors, providing a tight seal and alignment. A reusable and relocatable system that is FFU and lighting compatible. Ceiling tiles tend to be powder-coated galvanised steel sheets that are silicon sealed into the grid, providing an impervious finish that is easy to clean and does not harbour contaminants within its profile. Manufactured to the standards set by EN ISO 9001:2008.
5 Ceiling panels
Panelled ceiling with thermal insulation core provides a flush surface. Lighting and filtration modules are recessed into apertures or surface mounted for laboratory applications. Both light and strong, the aluminium honeycomb panels have one of the best strength-to-weight ratios of any construction materials available today and have been developed to meet the exacting requirements of the cleanroom industry.
6 Walls
The standard choice would be powder-coated CR4 mild steel panels with polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated core and interlocking joints. The panels feature a 50mm thickness to form walls and ceiling. Highly durable, cleanable and chemically resistant, the walls are silicon sealed. However, there are several options for clients to explore, with a diverse range of benefits for particular applications.
7 Cladding
Whether it’s a more economical non-anti-microbial options all the way up to a sophisticated 120-micron thick, high-spec chemically inert PVC film, the Saakvee Group’s Directors, Design Engineers and Installation team have worked together to carefully select four industry-leading ceiling options for your consideration.
8 Flooring
Typical projects feature homogenous vinyl flooring reinforced with cross-linked polyurethane, UV-cured, hold-welded joints. Coved 100mm up the wall over underlay former and capped. Copper-grounded anti-static vinyl also available.
9 Glazing
Fully-flush or semi-flush glazing can be installed throughout your facility, as well as double-glazing.
Benefits Conforms to European and International standards Recognised worldwide as a safety glass If broken, it breaks into relatively harmless pieces reducing the risk of serious injury
10 Return Air
The return air path is factored in to structural components, either via bespoke panels with hollowed channels to accommodate sufficient airflow or as columns produced from the same materials used for wall construction. These columns can also be used as service chases to conceal process and plant utilities.
